Enjoy this cozy top-floor corner apartment with a beautiful sea view, located just 350 meters from the water and equipped with all the comforts you need. The apartment is practically furnished and suitable for both short and long stays. You will appreciate the positive energy here!
The long, white sandy beach is nearby and easily accessible by charming fishing boats that provide service throughout the day. The pier is only 350 meters from the apartment.
In the vicinity, you'll find a supermarket just 400 meters away, and for more extensive shopping, you can visit Tavira, located 6 kilometers away (about a 9-minute drive). If you prefer public transportation, the bus stop is 500 meters away, and the train station is 1,000 meters away. A complimentary private parking space in the garage under the building is included.
Access
You will receive a four-digit code to access the apartment, which is to be entered into a black box next to the front entrance door. More information will be provided closer to your arrival date.

• No loud parties.
• After 9:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum on the terrace to respect the neighbors.
• Dispose of your garbage regularly to avoid unpleasant odors. Containers for glass and cardboard waste are located in front of the building.
• Respect the environment and use electronic devices responsibly. Turn off the air conditioning every time you leave, and keep the doors closed when it is in use.
• Always leave the key in the safety box when you go out to prevent loss.

Very well located however it is not in Tavira, but Cabanas de Tavira, about 10 minutes from each other. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants and accommodations. Appartment is just perfect! Well equipped and quiet. We recommend!
