About this cabin rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to the mountain with both units. Prime location situated between chairlifts 7/9 Timber Creek (5 min walk) and chairlifts 5/6 Kirkwood Village (10 min walk). There is also a free shuttle that picks up at the bottom of the driveway and will take you throughout the Kirkwood Base Area. Ski to the bottom of the driveway from Home Run Trail when getting off the mountain.
Main house is large, gorgeous & great for entertaining. Vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace, deck with panoramic mountain views. Cottage is located around the lower deck with a separate entrance, bedroom, full bath & kitchen.
All TVs include Hulu (full cable package), Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ already registered.

Cabin:
Two Master Bedrooms, each include a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, a smart TV, a full bathroom and private balcony. Third bedroom is a loft converted to a bedroom with large windows and beautiful views; includes a queen bed, a queen futon, smart TV, Pac-Man table (with 60 arcade games), and board games. The main level living space includes an additional full bathroom, kitchen, smart TV and fireplace. Deck off of the living room includes a gas grill and outdoor furniture.
Cottage:
Separate entrance located around lower deck. Includes a second kitchen, a bedroom with two queen beds, and living room with two futons. Outside area includes a deck and grill. Two smart TVs and Bluetooth speaker.
BED CONFIGURATION
Sleeps 14 people in beds; 5 total queen beds and 4 single beds (2 sets of bunkbeds). In addition to these, the home has a queen futon and 2 single futons (please note, linens are not provided for the futons).

Parking: Property is a corner unit in a culdesac. Parking for one vehicle in the garage, and one additional vehicle in front of garage under deck. Additional parking located along the private driveway. No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season.

Kirkwood is a mountain town and gets a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
