This super cool home has everything you need to experience Chattanooga. The home is in Chattanooga’s oldest and most historic suburb, St. Elmo. This home has been lovingly restored by the owner who is a master craftsman. Handmade tables and bunkbeds make your stay unique and cozy. Large outdoor spaces, with a grill and fire pit with a handmade privacy fence! The spacious kitchen will make your family gathering top notch!

Everything was great. The communication was a bit weird since it is managed by a "property management group" so communication was through email from a different company.

This rental is in a WONDERFUL location. If you have kids, there is a great park just a block from the house. We walked there every morning. Even if you don't have kids, there is a fitness circuit and ninja course within the park as well. The house itself was great as well. It felt very spacious and there were plenty of options as far as beds and they even had a booster seat for little ones in the kitchen which was a nice surprise as we forgot ours at home. The town itself is very family friendly and felt safe. All of the popular attractions (Rock City, Ruby Falls, the zoo, the aquarium, etc) were within 10-20 minutes of the house. There was a very helpful guide full of suggestions on where to eat and go while you stayed. The only thing I would suggest is making Katie and Joel's (property managers) phone numbers visible prior to getting to the house as it was a little tough to get in touch with the actual owners via the app. We would absolutely stay here again. It was a wonderful week!
