About this villa rental
With stunning lake views, Villa Casa Arias in Tremosine sul Garda is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Spread over three floors, the villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, and TV.
Your private outdoor area features a heated pool, garden, open terrace, balcony, and outdoor shower.
The property is 500 m from the center of Pieve, where you’ll find a supermarket and restaurants. In Campione del Garda (20 minutes away), you can enjoy kitesurfing, windsurfing, and sailing. A mountain bike trail starts right outside the villa, and in Bogliacco (35 minutes away) you can play golf.
There are 2 parking spots in a garage. Pets are not allowed. Doors are wide and easily accessible. Small children must be supervised at all times in the pool area, as there is no fence and the terrain is steep. An elevator is available.
The heated pool is available at no extra charge in spring and autumn, but not in winter. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property follows recycling guidelines; more information is available on site.
Additional comfort on request: a private chef, bicycles, motorcycles, or a boat trip can be arranged.

We stayed here as a group of 10 and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, and to gather in to spend time together. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, linens were fresh and plentiful. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel! The views and outdoor space were unbeatable. The pool and outdoor lounge chairs, overlooking the lake, provided such a relaxing atmosphere to relax and recharge. Not to mention the beautiful outdoor dining table that was great for group dinners! The location was walkable to town with a good handful of shops and restaurants giving great accessible activity options throughout our stay. Note, the roads to reach the house and town were a bit of a challenge. Since the town is located at elevation, there were a lot of tight switchback roads that required attention to maneuver through. The garage was large enough to fit two cars and the driveway big enough for more if needed. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had regarding the property. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and was blown away by the property. It provided far more than we could’ve hoped for. We would recommend to any group looking to have a peaceful stay that feels very private but is accessible to all that Lake Garda has to offer!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful home, beautiful location. Driveway up to property is difficult to navigate and hard to understand, so the check in process should be more descriptive, but truly a wonderful stay for my friends and I. I couldn’t recommend the property more.

Pros: Really beautiful house and interior. Perfect for a get away with up to 10 people. We were there with 6 people and property was perfect!

Pros: The view and the fact that there is a little village with a restaurant and a supermarket nearby. The house is brand new and exactly as on the pictures.
Cons: Since it is a fairly new house the equipment (consumables and durables) is not really in line with the price. The AC works only for the whole house or not at all (at least that is what we figured out with the on-site contact person), which is difficult if a part of the family wants to sleep with our without AC. The AC in general could work better (we still had 24 degree in the rooom).
