We had an excellent time during our Christmas vacay! The location was ideal (my girls LOVED the peacocks!) and the ‘secret’ beach entrance was magical! The house is equipped with everything you could need (late nights putting together one of the puzzles were so fun) and the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely look to stay here in our next trip to the Cape!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a relaxing, quiet neighborhood. Nice area. Cape Canaveral is a hidden secret in FL. Even Cocoa Beach near the US Space Force base and even KSC/NASA weren’t too crowded with tourists, and we went on July 4th Weekend.
The outside shower was convenient after being at the beach. There was also a Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Peacocks literally roamed the neighborhood. We didn’t do much downtown, but it looked nice and clean, and this VRBO was close to it.
The house itself was just the right size for us. We never felt crammed. It had a nice kitchen and amenities (we used the crock pot). Perfect if you have a kid with advanced needs, where in our case, we had to prepare a lot of the food ourselves. And the internet was good and fast, with a fire stick hooked up to the TV.
Lastly, the host was good. She checked in to ensure we got in easily, forwarded check in/out instructions (so that I never had to use the binder in the house), and even answered one of my questions via text about the Internet.
Great stay! Would recommend it to other families with kids under 6 years old.

Our Peacock Beach stay was wonderful. Communication with the property owners was great, they were available very quickly if we needed something. Owners were very gracious with things around the house - extra phone chargers, bikes and bike lock etc. We enjoyed walking and biking to nearby shops and restaurants, condo was in a very nice neighborhood, close to lots of options in Cape Canaveral. House was clean, quiet, everything in working order and very comfortable. Would stay again and have recommended to any family members looking to stay in the area as well. Very nice property.
