This charming single-story 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa has everything you need for your next desert escape!
The Space:
This beautiful single-story 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom lock-off villa is surrounded by luscious landscaped grounds, fountains, and mountain views. It is within a short walk to the main pool area and steps to another nearby pool.
The villa has an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings and opens out onto a private patio. The main bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, spacious closet and opens out through French doors to a private patio where you can enjoy the sounds of one of the 19 community fountains. The master bathroom has granite counter tops, a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, gas fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs, ceiling fan, and access to the private patio.
The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, full-size appliances (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal), cherry cabinets and pantry storage. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is complete with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. A toaster, blender, drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker are also available. This unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer combo with provided laundry detergent. Don't miss your chance at staying in this wonderful stand alone villa.
This is a pet friendly unit. One dog under 50lbs is allowed with a nightly pet fee and management approval.

Great communication from the host. Very clean and well appointed. Pet friendly and did not smell of pets. My dog loved his stay there as much as I did. Grounds inside the Legacy Villas are immaculate. I will definitely book this property again.

The weather wasn't the best but we felt very cozy settled into the apartment. It was well stocked and bed was comfy. Good thing we had a dryer because the clean towels were still wet. We just stuck them in the laundry and it was all good
