Vacation home in a new neighborhood, 5 minutes by car from the city center and 10 minutes from Thermas dos Laranjais, 11 minutes from Hot Beach and Vale dos Dinossauros.

We have 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed, air conditioning, wardrobes, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and a TV in one of the bedrooms.

Outside, there's an outdoor shower in the garden, wooden benches, chairs, a hammock, a table, and a counter... a gourmet area under the pergola, with a brick barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and an industrial stove with a sink.
