About this house rental
The fantastic Villa Demetra with private pool is located near the town of Motovun. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Spend a relaxing vacation in this beautiful, modernly equipped villa in green surroundings in the heart of Istria!
On the first floor of the villa you will find a cozy living room with TV and fireplace, which invites you to sit back and relax. Next to it is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with dining area where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
The staircase leads you to the second floor, where there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, on the second floor. Take advantage of your vacation to escape the stress of everyday life and finally get a good night's sleep! As all bedrooms have access to a balcony, you can step out onto the balcony first thing in the morning to enjoy the fresh air and the first rays of sunshine.
The outdoor area will take your breath away and fascinate you! You will fall in love with the fantastic pool. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and sunbathe on one of the sun loungers. A wonderful outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue promise you wonderful family meals al fresco.
