About this apartment rental
Enjoy the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony or even better walk across the street and stroll along the seawall. This newly renovated 1 bedroom condo sleeps 5 with a king size bed, twin across from the master bedroom and pullout queen sofa.
The living room has a brand new sofa with a queen pullout bed and 50" Fire TV.
The Master bedroom boasts a new king size bed and TV with Fire TV.
The Maravilla has 3 pools plus a hot tub that you can enjoy. Plus it also has a fitness facility. A laundry room is available as well.
The Maravilla is a pet friendly complex. Limit for this condo is 2 dogs at less then 20 lbs. Just add pet to your reservation and a small fee will be added that applies to your entire stay. You can send me a message regarding dogs larger than 20 lbs for approval before you stay.
Covered parking as well as additional parking is available. Parking is $10 per day per vehicle and must be purchased at the Maravilla office when you arrive. This amount can be paid online as well prior to your stay (details will be sent prior to your arrival).
Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. Within 5 minutes walking distance is Jimmy's on the Pier Restaurant, go karts, and mini golf.

The complex was decent and is located directly across the street from the water. If you want to walk to the beach, you need to walk a little north after you cross the street, because there’s very little beach directly across from the complex. It’s not far and is easily accessible. The unit was very clean, which I appreciate. The AC, stove, refrigerator, and appliances worked very well. I rented this particular unit because it is pet friendly. However, I didn’t end up bringing my pets. I was pleased that the unit didn’t have any smell of pets. The main bed was very comfortable, but it is a little bit low to the floor for anyone who may have trouble with that. My only complaints are……The televisions each have two remote controls. I found it difficult to get them to work in sync. At a minimum, I think they needed new batteries. Also, we couldn’t find any blanket for the pull out sofa. We did find extra sheets, and given that it was summer, it was fine. Overall, I would recommend renting this unit. As I said, it was very clean and is as described.

Perfect stay, great communication and the property was very nice. The pools are beautiful and the location is great. Only downside was the mosquitos right now in that area are awful, but def not on the host! Would 100% stay again next time we drive down! Thanks
