This is a beautiful townhome less than a year old in the heart of RTP. This has around 2300 sq ft, its located 10 mins from RDU, RTP, Duke, Downtown, Brier-Creek & South-Point Malls & 20-25 mins from UNC, REX, WAKEMED (Raleigh & Cary).
In-Unit Laundry with Washer & Dryer on the third Floor.
You can Park your car on driveway.
The Bedrooms comes with Bedroom Set, Bedsheets, Comforter, Pillows etc. Key-Less Entry.
2. Household supplies
Kitchenware/Pots and Pans, Plates, Bowls, Dinnerware, Nespresso/Breville/Keurig Coffee Machine, Toaster, Towel, Bedsheets, Comforters, Pillows, Some Cleaning Supplies, Vacuum Cleaner etc.
3. Are there any rules related to guests?
Yes, Total Guests allowed is 8 Guests and Total Adults allowed is 6 Adults.
4. Kitchen
Utensils is provided for 6-8 People, Kitchen equipped with Kitchen Appliances - Gas Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal.
- Coffee Area with Nespresso/Breville Coffee Machine & Breville/Buydeem Toaster provided
- Dining area with 9 Piece Dining Set (8 Chairs + 1 Table)
5. Appliances
Comes with Like New Washer & Dryer along. The electric panels are located in the Garage & Network Closet is on the Main Floor(2nd Floor) near staircase.
- Washer Detergent is ONLY POD to be used, No Powder to be used.
- With Every Dryer Cycle the lint needs to be cleaned.
6. Garbage
There is a weekly Trash Collection by GFL. Guest need to take out the trash on MONDAY EVENING and bring them back inside the garage by WEDNESDAY MORNING. Leaving it out for over 48 Hours is an HOA violation. Recycle Collection is every other week on WEDNESDAY.
Note: Guest is required to bring the Trash Bin back inside Garage if the Trash Bins are outside on the curb.
7. Parking
You can park your cars on the driveway and Parking on Street is strictly not allowed. Generally Two Vehicles per home is allowed. If you have more, please contact us.
8. CHECK IN
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone if you download the August App or else using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay after your booking.

We all love stairs so having a lot of stairs was a HUGE plus for this family of 5 grandkids, a set of grandparents and their 2 daughters. Plenty of bathrooms so no arguments there! My personal favorite was the fancy coffee pot! Although we brought our own percolator the girls found the fancy coffe pot very intriguing and delightful.

My family (5 adults & 1 9 year old) stayed here over Christmas and Hannukah. We visited Durham and Raleigh. The host was easy to communicate with. The property was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Access to the gym and pool were big plusses! (Though pool heating was tough in December.)If you are going to the Durham/Raleigh area, take a look at this place. There was plenty of space and the master bath was excellent. Easy car access to shopping and close to shops, movies, and sites.

7 of us traveled from PA, NJ, and local towns to gather to celebrate my daughter and her search for a bridal gown. The condo had plenty of room for all of us, clean, and enough bathrooms. Only a couple things kept me from giving it a 5 star review. One was that there were some bottles of wine on the counter ($30 if we drank them... I get it), but 2 of them were opened, with only an inch or so of wine left ...bleah. No problem, we brought our own. However, when we opened our bottles to celebrate we saw there were only 2 wine glasses in the cabinets. Drove to Target and purchased 6 for us to use, then donated them. I also noticed that there was no dish washing detergent. (there were pods for the dishwasher) or scrubbies for dishes. Lastly, just as a suggestion, maybe put some dimmers on the light switches. The overhead lights are SUPER bright in the kitchen and living area.
So... for those reasons, I would not rate it 5 star... but if they get fixed... absolutely! Pratt was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had for him.
