This charming Breton cottage is ideally located between the Nantes-Brest Canal and the Gulf of Morbihan. Plaudren is described as the “heart” of Vannes!
Just 4 km from town, the village of St. Bily will charm you with its tranquility; surrounded by woods, it offers numerous hiking trails...

This charming little detached house features a living room with an open kitchen area. Upstairs, there is a shower room with a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, and a loft with two single beds.
You’ll have access to a terrace, a garden, and a parking space.

You’ll be welcomed by the owner, who lives in the house across from the cottage and is available and eager to help make your stay as pleasant as possible...

Sheets and towels can be provided for an additional fee of €20, payable to our on-site staff...
