Location of Maui Banyon is perfect. This unit is very tired and could certainly do with an upgrade. Bathrooms - could not use tub as the stopper was badly corroded as were the tips of the liquid soap containers in each bathroom. So simple to improve appearance.Both bathrooms could use a complete reno!Paint is worn off furniture. Two slice toaster was old. Did not have any contact with property manager so rated this 1
