The room was very nice. Just as the pictures. Great view of the Ocean and Pier. Pool was bigger and nicer then the ones at tower 1 and 2.

Although the property was beautiful and very well kept. Consumer service was awful. I reach out because the condo did not have a sleeper sofa which was not what we paid. I contacted the number listed on the reservation and requested assistance. I was sent a link to communicate directly with them. Although I continued to request assistance and they continued to reply that someone was in the way. No one ever came. I had to buy a blowup mattress. My children shouldn’t had to sleep on the floor on a blow up mattress. I was refunded 89 for the blow up mattress. I am requesting a refund for at least one day of the trip. I suggest that Vibro make sure what you are promoting is actually what the consumer will receive.
