About this apartment rental
Welcome to our building! This 2-bedroom apartment is one of our top units, we have more options available with different prices.
It's ideal for both short and long-term stays. The neighborhood is great and just a few minutes away from Condesa, Roma, and Polanco via Uber, taxi, subway, or bus.
We manage identical apartments, so you'll find the exact same layout with different furnishing styles or colors of the same quality as shown in the photos. The location is great and professionally managed, with shopping and local restaurants nearby, and a 24/7 convenience store next door.
You'll also be near the Plaza Delta mall, where you can find fashion, food, banking, entertainment, and more. The apartment is equipped with brand new TVs, appliances, dishes, bed, etc.
Due to the thickness of the building's walls, the WiFi works great on most devices, but some devices with different antennas may experience limited connectivity in the bedrooms.

Lovely area of the city. We felt very safe and relaxed. Plenty of places to eat, grocery shopping, short Uber rides away from the city center. Plenty of Uber drivers around.
Perfect for extended stays for work or vacation to explore the city.
Property manager and staff always one message away. Attentive, respectful and ready to go over and beyond to assist when needed.

El Mare was such an attentive and gracious host. He insured that all my questions were answered in a timely manner!
The apartment is adequately decorated and the Wi-Fi was strong enough to support multiple devices. This was particularly important to me since I was working a portion of the time.
I would definitely stay again when I’m in town again.

As my first time visiting Mexico City, I found the location was a short uber ride to everything. Area is very safe, and there area stores close by if you need anything.
