THE LOCATION…
Imagine your vacation home being just a few steps from all the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Duval Street and the Historic Seaport. Half a block away are local favorites like Mangoes, DJ’s Clam Shack, and Kaya Island Eats. Just a half block in the other direction, you’ll find yourself at The Green Parrot. You'll also be an easy walk or bike ride to the best beaches and sunset views at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park. On-street parking can be found on Aronovitz Lane, but it is first come.

The kitchen bar seating is perfect for a casual bite or for keeping the cooks company, and the indoor dining table is great for more formal meals.
THE OUTDOOR LIVING…
Fully fenced for privacy and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the outdoor living space of this home will undoubtedly be a favorite gathering place for your group and is complete with a large propane grill and outdoor dining set. The front porch has a three piece bistro set and is an awesome place to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the world go by on this discrete Old Town lane.

Easy and convenient. House is very clean and well-appointed. There is a bar directly near the house that has late-night live music. Not a big deal, but noteworthy. The location is within walking distance to everything KW has to offer. We had a great stay. There is a parking spot in front of the house, but it’s not exclusive and if you have a vehicle and plan to use it, be aware that you could lose your parking spot. Overall, we were happy and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at the Poetic Pineapple. The location cannot be beat when you want to be in the action of Key West. The house is tucked in behind the main street of Duval, meaning it's only a 2 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. We stayed for 4 weeks in June 2022 and the house was meticulous. Just about everything in the house from furniture to dishes to appliances is brand new. The owners spent a lot of time making this home feel comfortable. The property manager was a fantastic company - Last Key. They were quick to answer any text and offer concierge services. The house was fully equipped with soaps, paper products, coffee, creamers, sugar, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. The back yard was fully fenced in and had a natural area about 3 feet long behind the deck for the dog to do his business. There is a parking spot in front of the house, but it is not reserved. But as the house is in an alley area, only the neighbors use the spots and it was easy to ensure we had a spot. The next door neighbor was a restaurant and bar owner and was happy to show us where else to safely park. Note that there is a bar that plays live music one house over. So, at night you will hear the music. It's actually quite nice to sit on the back porch and listen in. The house is well insulated so you hear the bass but its not too bad as you fall asleep. I used ear plugs for the first few days then quickly got used to it and no need for the rest of the stay. Overall, we loved this property!
