Spend your days swimming, shell hunting, fishing, or simply relaxing with your toes in the sand before returning home to rinse off and enjoy the private pool.
The spacious Gulf front deck is the perfect place for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or watching the sunset over the water. Fire up the grill for fresh local seafood while enjoying the sounds of the waves just beyond the dunes.
The private heated pool offers another place to relax after a day at the beach. Whether you are cooling off during the afternoon or enjoying an evening swim, it is a favorite gathering spot for guests of all ages.
This home is pet friendly, making it a great option for guests traveling with their dogs. Dogs only, two pet maximum. A 100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

Pool heat is by request and is 50/day
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - 100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

Ease of checkin and checkout process was great. House was well stocked with bath towels and kitchen essentials. Location was great too. Everything worked great.

Fantastic house for 18-20 people. We had 4 families and a few extra teenagers for spring break and everyone had enough room. The bunk room for the kids was perfect. Beach is nice and loved the ability to play games in the sand and still run up the steps right there for lunch and back in seconds. Swimming pool was great as well. We all loved it and would book again in the future.

We had a great time at Breeze Away. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils to cook.
Everyone enjoyed the pool and we watched several sunsets while in the pool.
We can’t wait to come back for more time on the beach.
