The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

Outside, you can enjoy privacy and sunshine in an area equipped with a large barbecue with a sink and lighting, a table for 6 people, and comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing.

🔑 CHECK-IN
Check-in is conducted exclusively in person with the host.
We will be there upon your arrival to welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide all the necessary information for your stay.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

🆔 IDENTIFICATION
In accordance with Spanish regulations, all guests must provide a valid form of identification.
This is simply a formality to ensure everyone’s safety and can be done in two ways:

• By presenting the document in person at check-in.
• By sending a clear photo of the document (front and back) in advance via message.

Covered parking is available free of charge on the property.

• Smoking is prohibited both indoors and in the garden.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Please respect the property and common areas.
• We ask that you place your trash in the bins located 50 m from the house and, if possible, do so daily, as the tropical climate can cause unpleasant odors and attract insects.
