About this villa rental
In the picturesque village Fornalutx, Mallorca, the finca “Ses Begudes” impresses guests with its charming garden and it’s the perfect accommodation to spend a relaxed holiday. It consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with a queensize bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The house is also equipped for the wintertime, with heating and a wood stove. In its private garden you can relax and cool off in the pool, prepare delicious dishes in the barbecue or just relax with a glass of wine in one of the terraces after a day discovering the region. Due to its excellent location you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (40-100m). The closest beach is in Platja d’En Repic, just 13 minutes driving from the property (7.8km), while the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport are 42km away (43 minutes away). There are also many nice hiking and cycling possibilities in the immediate vicinity.

Pros: Beautiful landscaped terrace and pool area.
Listening to rural sounds - donkeys braying, sheep bells...eagle flying overhead.
The light changed focusing on different landmarks throughout the day.
The sun on the terrace and inviting pool (sunny all day!) then the changing light on the surrounds highlighting the countryside topped off in early evening with the high rocky plateau opposite turning bright ochre.
Spectacular.
Cons: Not a big deal but walking to/ from village a bit longer than expected. Ok going downhill but walking back on main road with no pavements and oncoming cars not so great . Lovely village tho' with choice of restaurants.

Pros: The property itself was a delight, but this was surpassed by the beautiful gardens, the sparking pool and the incredible views. There are many walks from the door and the village of Fornalutx is wonderful. There are a number of great bars and restaurants available and Soller is only a 45 to 50 minute walk away. The owner and her father are extremely helpful, but not intrusive in any way. We have already booked for next year.

Beautiful property. Stunning out door area. Really surpassed all expectations. We totally expect to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In fact we already have to our friends!!
