They will have access to common areas such as the pool, shower area and their own parking space.

On the corner you will find a delicious restaurant with typical Mexican dishes.
There are several cafes and restaurants around.
We recommend walking along the malecon, it is very close and it is worth a good walk in the morning if exercise is your thing or enjoying the beautiful sunsets of La Paz and the best thing is FREE!

Location within easy 10 minute walk to the Malecón

The little step once you enter the pool area at the entrance is dangerous. My mom almost fell all the way down she bruised her arm against the door because she didn't see it the step the first day we came in. Please put something so that it is visible.
