103 Tierra Court. New Construction. Gulf Front. This new gulf-front home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Wake up refreshed in the king size master bed, overlooking the Gulf on Mexico. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has a queen and the kids room features a bunk set, with plenty of room for games and toys! All bedrooms have large TV's and large private bathrooms!
Upon entering, you will notice the open floor plan which makes the home feel extra spacious. The comfortable, well lit living area features a large sofa and large HDTV-perfect for family movie night. The unit also has a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as a full dining table and bar area, located right off the living area. The full length deck is easily accessible from the living room and has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Here you can enjoy alfresco dining and late night chats with family and friends. You will also have access to a charcoal grill to prepare delicious meals for your family! Dogs allowed. 2 max.
