Dusk Suite at The Hygge House, Dusk Suite at The Hygge House

This location is absolutely perfect if you are looking to be down town. We were able to walk everywhere, shopping and restaurants. I accidentally locked myself out of my room at night and the host responded right away to help me get in using the key pad. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The Dusk Suite was perfect for our Valentines overnight. The hosts were very responsive and provided easy instructions to follow. Best location with easy walk to Main Street. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the location in the building very quiet. We did bring our dog and it was convenient and easy. The only wish would be to know the dog fee upfront and which units allowed dogs prior to reserving the room. Also parking is very difficult. Found plenty of overnight parking, near by business lots, but on site is really only good for maybe two very small cars ( when there are no snowbanks…)

The room was nice, there should have been 4 towels instead of just 2 and an extra blanket as just the sheet and bedspread were thin for cold nights. We did see staff in the morning and got another blanket they were very nice. Parking was tough.

This was the 2nd time I was at this property. The location is great, parking is a challange but "doable". What was different was the unit I was in . It appeared to need to some TLC. It was clean but worn. For example the wall desk needed repairs, corners of cabinents were pealing, closet door did not close all the way, hinges maybe bent. The unit was missing chairs to sit on. There was a kitchen table- no chairs. I left a message with managment and they delivered two kitchen chairs with appolstered chair seats the next morning. Great response, however the chair seats were worn and needed cleaining. Using towels to cover the chair seats made them usuable
