Il Marea is located in Marina di Campo, one of the most popular towns for those who spend their holidays on the Island of Elba. The town's sandy beach is the longest on the island and is partly equipped with bathing establishments and partly free. The town is located behind the beach and offers all the comforts and services needed to spend a nice holiday. The pedestrian street is ideal for strolling through small shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.
Il Marea is located on the second and last floor of a building in the pedestrian area of Marina di Campo, in the heart of the town's nightlife. The apartment is convenient to all services and is located 100 meters from the town beach.
The Marea four-room apartment has been completely renovated and is tastefully furnished, recalling the colors of the sea and the beach. The apartment is on two levels: on the first floor there is a large living room with open kitchen which leads to a balcony overlooking the seafront and a small bathroom with toilet and hand basin. From the entire room you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. Upstairs we find the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and vasistas window. One of the double bedrooms has a shower, hand basin and window.
Air conditioning in all rooms. WIFI. Private parking space 350 meters from the apartment. This property is located within a ZTL area, your car will be authorized to access on check-in and check-out days for loading and unloading operations.
