Independent suite for rent, "La Torretta - Corte dei Messapi" with bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen. It can accommodate up to two people.
The entrance opens into the kitchen complete with electric stove, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, mini-fridge and living room with sofa and dining table. The bedroom has a stone barrel ceiling and private bathroom, stone sink, large shower with fine finish.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, handcrafted wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and stone sink.
Totally private and hidden for total privacy.
Outside there is a jacuzzi with hydro-massage for 4 people for the exclusive use of those who book.
Ground Floor:
Open space (28 m2): air conditioning, fireplace, well equipped kitchen, sofa (people: 2), iron, freezer, fridge, WIFI internet, double bed (length: 2m, width: 1.9m), italian coffee machine, 2 stove tops, co2 detector, smoke detector, dining table (people: 2), exit to the garden, exit to the veranda, mosquito net.
Bathroom (7 m2): hairdryer, bidet, shower, WIFI internet, basin, toilet, mosquito net.
Additional Areas:
Garden (2000 m2): garden furniture, WIFI internet, al fresco dining, 2 sunbeds, dining table, outdoor hot tub (length: 3.1m, width: 2.5m).
