This prime spot is perfect for relaxing, strolling the waterfront boardwalk, and enjoying local shopping and restaurants. It also includes free parking with its own dedicated parking spot in the rear parking lot. Enjoy birds eye views of Beaufort, Carrot Island and Taylor's Creek on the common area rooftop and midfloor decking!
This is a 240 sq ft rooftop studio condo in a historic building in the center of downtown Beaufort. This unit has been completely renovated and designed and includes a comfortable queen bed with a Kitchenette and beautiful mosaic tile work in the shower and floors. There is a rooftop deck overlooking the harbor where you can enjoy sunrises or sunsets with your coffee or cocktails.
It is the perfect location to walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, museums and day cruises - use our free parking and not worry about driving until you have to leave! You are only a ferry ride away to the beautiful beaches of Cape Lookout. Also, you can take a boat tour to Carrot Island to sit on the beach, Sand Dollar Island to get bucket fulls of sand dollars or see the wild horses at Shackleford Banks. Feel free to bring your own boat and store it at the Beaufort Docks or Boathouse Marina as well. Lots to do and the perfect getaway!

This is an adorable property and ideally located. It is large enough for a comfortable stay and the location could not be better. We have stayed in the downtown area before so we were well aware of the location, and for a last minute trip for just the two of us, this was perfect. Definitely recommended for a couple going to Beaufort - - comfortable, easy to access, great communication, and easy to bounce down for coffee or the farmers market or a restaurant. Looking forward to our next trip! Thank you -

Nice place to stay for two individuals who want to be very close to downtown Beaufort. Everything was clean and very well taken care of. No concerns with the property. Owners were available if needed and stayed in contact. Nice people.
