⭐This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa is a Vacation dream! Each floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an open concept living/kitchen area with a sofa sleeper. In total, our private villa will sleep 12 guests with parking for 4 vehicles. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise while sipping a cup of coffee on the back porch overlooking Four Prong Lake...no condos to block your view, only the passing flight of pelicans across the horizon.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ There are four spaces in front of the home that you may use to park. Four parking passes will also be inside the unit by the black binder on the counter.

⭐ We have hand-picked a variety of top attractions in the area and given you one Free Fun Pass per day for each activity. You can use all or none of these activities each day, it's completely up to you. Some attractions do sell out so be sure to book at your earliest convenience. Here's how to book:

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ There is no FREE beach service but you are able to rent beach service via La Dolce Vita. If you wish to not cross the street to the beach, you can use the crab trap access tunnel to the beach.
POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ The community pool is located in the middle of all the units - the pool next door is not for guests of Destiny. The pool is heated from March 1st - the end of April. There is no hot tub at this property. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Great property that sat in a beautiful lake. Perfect for that morning coffee. I also like how it could have been two different rentals being we had two different families that got up at different time, that worked out great. Very clean and well maintained

The house itself was nice and the location was suitable. However the cleanliness wasn't acceptable. All the windows were dirty, the bathroom upstairs on the left wasn't clean. The bedroom upstairs to the left didn't have clean sheets on the bed, also had hairs on the sheets and comforter. The door to the same bedroom kept getting stuck and or wouldn't open. The knob on 3rd draw to the dresser came off. The 2nd bedroom at the top floor had trash in the trash can. The bedroom room to the left downstairs the doors wouldn't unlock/lock with the keypad. One of the gray chairs in the kitchen was broken and it was a few dishes already in the dishwasher.
