Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, nestled in historic Riverside and within walking distance to the highly sought-after Avondale.
The property offers proximity to Jacksonville Downtown and major shopping centers, providing a perfect balance between peace and accessibility. Amenities: central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, laundry in building, and fenced yard W/ covered patio.
The entire home is available to guest.
Preferred method of contact will be via AirBnB app. However, phone call is acceptable for emergencies.
Property is suited to fit your needs, whether you’re on vacation with your family , visiting family and friends in the local area, attending an event or even a remote worker.
Upon entry to the property, the guest is required to conduct a visual inspection about the material condition of the property and report any issues to the host within 6 hours. If no issues are reported, guest assumes the responsibility for any discrepancies found after check out. Guest may unplug theft prevention security camera in sun room for their privacy during their stay period and plug the camera back upon check out. Guest shall not tamper with security systems and WiFi Network to include router and outdoor cameras modules.
