About this apartment rental
Newly renovated apartment, brand new, perfectly equipped to make you feel even better than at home! Right in the heart of Málaga, in a magnificent location with excellent transportation links. Our price does not vary based on the number of guests booking. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: microwave oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, refrigerator, range hood, sink, coffee machine with included capsules and tea bags, toaster, kitchen utensils, and cookware. Living room equipped with a SMART LED TV, featuring free pay-TV (NETFLIX). Family-sized sofa, dining table with chairs. Features a large window overlooking the private terrace. Terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs. With panoramic views of the city of Málaga. Bedroom with a 150-cm double bed, plus a 90-cm fold-out bed for a child, a built-in closet, a safety deposit box, a large mirror, and a side table. Bathroom with a shower stall, sink with storage cabinet, hair dryer, toiletries kit, and towels.

If there’s one thing that sets our accommodation apart, it’s its magnificent location. Everything is within easy reach, so you don’t need a car. It’s like the “KM 0” of Málaga. Right on the same avenue as the María Zambrano Train Station. If you arrive by train, you’ll find it right in front of you as you exit the station—you’ll just have to cross the street to reach the apartment.
-Right across from our accommodation, in addition to the train station, is the VIALIA shopping center, which features a Mercadona supermarket, shops, bars, and a movie theater.
-Right outside the apartment on the right, 200 meters away, is another shopping center called LARIOS (EROSKY), with a wide variety of stores and bars.
-Mercado del Carmen: Right behind the property, you’ll find this market, where you can enjoy fish and seafood at its restaurant.
-AVE (long-distance) train station and commuter train station (Málaga-Fuengirola and Málaga-Álora lines), 50 meters away
-Metro stop, right at the building’s entrance, 50 meters away
