The distance to the beach is only 2 kilometers. That being said, you can enjoy the privacy of your vacation rental and hop to the beach whenever you want, within only a short drive away.
Enjoy alfresco living on your vacation in a beautiful garden. It is fully fenced and protects you from unwanted views.
The swimming pool, sunbathing platform, and the covered dining table provide lots of places for the whole group to have fun and socialize. Moreover, children can play freely on green lawns while they enjoy their favorite drinks or prepare dinner on a grill. The gas grill is provided.
Villa Palazzo di Zara stretches over two floors. The ground floor consists of a splendid living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Next, one of the bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms is on this floor. This room has a direct exit to the terrace. Three other bedrooms are located on the upper floor. They have king-size beds and private bathrooms. The upper floor also boasts a lovely terrace with lounge furniture and a view of the garden and the pool.
There is an Italian Lavazza espresso machine provided in the kitchen. So you can prepare yourself a coffee to your liking.
The attentive staff of the resort and the villa manager will be at your disposal all the time during your stay. For example, if you want a personal chef to take over the kitchen, it can be easily arranged.
A private parking place for 2 cars is available on site.

We had a great holiday in this beautiful villa in Istria. The interior was cozy, beds were perfect for sleep. Our friends and I enjoyed it very much. The resort staff and their service were impeccable. They were at our disposal 24/7, as well as the concierge department of the VIP Holiday Booker agency. We recommend it!
