Come stay at the Pine Haven Getaway! Nestled between towering trees, this home can sleep up to 10 people and is located in the very popular Linville Land Harbor neighborhood. Whether you're seeking a fall getaway, winter retreat or a summer escape, this mountain haven promises a wonderful experience for you and your loved ones!
THE SPACE
The home boasts four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are situated upstairs, featuring king-sized beds, while downstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and the convenience of two air mattresses. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked and complete with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea! Families with young ones will appreciate the availability of a high chair and travel pack 'n play.
The ambiance of the house is enhanced by an electric fireplace with a heat option, three TVs equipped with cable and streaming options, and a dedicated workspace upstairs for those who need to stay connected. The large game room downstairs features a 65-inch SMART TV and a selection of family games. We have a washer and dryer available with complimentary washer pods & fabric softener sheets.
Outside, a beautiful deck furnished with a couch and rocking chairs provides the perfect spot to unwind. Down below the deck, on the side of the house, is a spacious outdoor area finished with a fire pit and chairs, ideal for evenings under the stars.
For those seeking winter activities, the house is conveniently located 4.5 miles from Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing Park, 9.8 miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, and 35 minutes away from Beech Mountain. The house was very spacious and accommodated seven adults and 2 children. It was also very clean which made me happy. The host was very quick to answer when we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really nice place in a good location; it was easy to get out to all the things we wanted to see. The kids loved the game room. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet.
