Happy Days is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment with sweeping panoramic sea views across St Ives Bay.

Happy Days has parking for one car, two Juliet balconies and is just a short stroll away from glorious Porthminster Beach and St Ives Town Centre with its restaurants, art scene and boutique shops. A real haven of a holiday home.

The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area includes two three-seater sofas, a large smart TV, a PS4 game console, CD player and a great range of board games and books. The sea views from the windows and the Juliet balcony are breathtaking overlooking Godrevy Lighthouse and St Ives Bay.

The tasteful kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, Nespresso Coffee Machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The large dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.

The large master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, ample storage, and stunning sea views which can be enjoyed from the Juliet balcony. There is also a spacious en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a double-sized bed, ample storage, and TV.
