About this house rental
4 Bedroom House with heated pool (optional heating charge can be declined) - Completely remodeled. Conveniently located in Old Town Scottsdale, features over 1800 sq ft in a prime Scottsdale location. Beautiful bright kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring & paint, with tile throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Structural wood exposed beam, immense character, all in your open concept living space. HUGE game room with its own master bathroom featuring rain shower, double sinks and extra large walk-in closet. Backyard features a sparkling pool.
This 4 bedroom + game room (with pullout), 3 bath house is centrally located to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer.
Bedroom configuration -
Game/Bonus Room - This was meant to be a master bedroom. However, we converted this room to a game room with a 7' pool table, 12' shuffleboard table & Golden Tee golf game. The count pulls out to a full size bed, as well (Sleeps 2).
This game room has a luxury bathroom attached with a shower & bathtub, as well as a walk in closet for additional storage. The bathroom works great to take turns getting ready in, while there is still an actual master bedroom, which has it's own full bathroom attached.
Master Bed - Queen Size Bed w/ Private bathroom
Bedroom #2 - Kids Room. Bunk bed with a Twin & Full Size + A full size separate bed.
Bedroom #3 - Queen Size bed and personal smart TV - (no satellite box)
Bedroom #4 - King Size Bed and personal smart TV - (no satellite box)
Living Room - Large sectional couch (Does not pull out)

The house had plenty of space with four nice bedrooms, all with comfortable beds as well as other large spaces (kitchen, living room, game room). There were 3 full size bathrooms, making it easy whenever we had to get ready to go somewhere. The outdoor pool and backyard were a great place to relax with privacy. The host was quick to communicate and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a great find in the perfect location! We loved our five night stay here and will definitely return. The pool was sparkling clean and 83 degrees, and the home was perfect for our family of four. We loved the neighborhood as well. Thank you for an amazing stay!
