About this apartment rental

Our happy place #55 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on Panama City Beach. This property is an open-wide property located directly in front of the pool. You can enjoy sitting on the balcony and the view of the World's Most White Sandy Beach or walk down to the beach and reserve the complimentary beach set that is included in your stay, at no cost to you! As you walk into the property you will find the well-appointed kitchen with plenty of pantry space. The dining room area seats 6 chairs with additional 2 bar stools on the kitchen island. Walk into the living room you will see a flat-screen TV to watch all your favorite local channels and plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and double vanity sinks with a walk-in shower. The guest room has 1 queen and easy access to the 2nd bath with tub/shower combo. You will have the convivence of a full-size washer and dryer.

Our happy place 55 is located at the very west end of Front Beach Road next to the homes of Carillon Beach. This condo complex is a low-density 3-story development spread across the sugar sands of Panama City Beach. Walk to groceries, dining, shopping, donuts, and ice cream directly across the street. Close to all major attractions (Pier Park, Golf, 30a). Guest/Parking Registration is to be done through Guest Services. A link will be forwarded to the guest for completion and the one-time payment of $35.00/per vehicle. No physical pass is needed in the vehicle; however, all vehicles must be registered.

There are many attractions and activities, such as Bay Point Golf Club: Nicklaus Course, Dave & Buster's, Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Sunset Cruise, Island Time Sailing: Shell Island Snorkel & Sail, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Sky Wheel PCB: Combo Wheel & Golf, Duplin Winery, Wonder Works PCB, Rock-it-Lanes and Ripley's Believe it or Not, to name a few.

We stayed July 27th to Aug 3rd. The weather was very nice. The beach was beautiful as always. The room had everything you could need to stay a week away from home.
