Holiday rentals in Sète: This 25m2 apartment is located 500 m from the beach, on the 1st and last floor, of a quiet residence made up of a group of small villas. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, television and an equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine). In the bedroom, you will find a 140 bed and a storage cupboard. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the WC. You will also have a 7m terrace with garden table and chairs. A parking space is provided at number 539, in this residence with caretaker. It is closed by an automatic barrier. Pets allowed €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
