It's one block from the beach, and yes, within walking distance. The first floor is composed of two bedrooms. The first bedroom (BR1) is implemented with a Queen bed, chest, closet and wall mounted TV. The next bedroom (BR2) is rounded out with two Twin beds, nightstand, closet and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a tub and granite vanity. It is also accessible by a separate hall door. The stackable washer and dryer are just down the hallway. The second floor is open for gathering. Prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with white appliances, coffee maker, pantry, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for seven. Entertain in the large living room furnished with a leather couch, sofa and two matching arm chairs, all made for relaxing while watching a movie on the wall mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Cute two story home that is only about 3 minutes from a beach access point. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was plenty of space.

We really enjoyed our time! I think the cleaning crew must have been in a hurry when cleaning the condo before check in. but everything else was perfect!
