Kick back and relax in this calm, newly renovated and stylish home. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is a 1930 Cape Cod style home, located in the heart of High Point called Emerywood Estates. Walking distance to High Point University and International Home Furnishing Center. We welcome pets with a minimal fee per pet. Long term stays are welcome as well. We are happy to be your home away from home!!! Accommodations for family members of students from HPU. Please let us know and share the word to others !!! The house was pretty much as advertised - did have strong chemical scent due to overuse of plug-in air fresheners in multiple rooms which is rough for those with allergies. The thermostat kept reverting to 63 degrees....brrr.... everything was clean - could have used more towels but thankfully we have family nearby who brought us extras.
