Just one block from all the galleries, restaurants and shops this Carney-designed condo has floor to ceiling windows, great views of Snow King, abundant natural light and spacious 10-foot ceilings. Features include commercial grade appliances, gas fireplace, reclaimed trestle wood floors, quartz countertops, wool carpet, stone floors, private elevator access, and two designated underground parking spaces in heated garage. You will be quite comfortable enjoying the modern architecture with a touch of rustic. Be sure to visit the iconic elk antler arches on Town Square and enjoy dining, shopping, nightlife, art galleries, and events. Unit comes with 2 underground heated parking spaces with a max clearance of 7'3" which fits a standard SUV without roof rack.
199 East Pearl is one of Jackson's most coveted buildings with in-town convenience and midway proximity between world-famous Teton Village /Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the airport and national parks. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a 25-minute drive away, or easily accessible via the nearby public bus stop. Great location. Nice place. We felt the kitchen plates and such could have used some new things. The hot water would raise and lower on its own. We loved the parking garage and loved being able to walk into town.

Well furnished, clean unit in a very nice quiet building. The building is in a great location very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. One of the better units we have stayed in in the last five years and we visit a couple of times per year.

From beginning to end everything was top notch. Great area near everything. The property was spotless & equipped with plenty of pots pans & other utensils to prepare meals. Host was always available to meet any request quickly. Loved my stay.

Very hard mattress in master bedroom and very low toilets in bathrooms. Tub drains very slow on guest bathroom. Water temperature fluctuates in master bathroom shower. It goes from warm to ice cold to scolding hot back to warm.
