About this house rental
Luxury beach home boasts 8 private bedrooms, with a total of 14 King and Queen beds, all with attached baths + 2 half baths. Sleeps 26 guests comfortably! Three primary king suites. Two separate living areas with 70” TVs. Double kitchen appliances. Upstairs wet bar. Elevator.
Incredibly private (surrounded by live oak trees) saltwater pool (heating available*) on lower deck w/ outdoor shower. Separate hot tub on the top deck w/ sunset views.
High Speed Internet & cable + smart TVs in all bedrooms. Parking for 8 vehicles.
Enjoy expansive ocean & sunset views; located approx 100 yrds from ocean access w/ wide, soft sandy beach!

Second floor extra wide deck with 4 chairs and separate 8 person hot tub.

Private heated 12x24 saltwater pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee) is built into the first story deck and is accessible from the first level of the house with outdoor shower.
LOCATION INFO:
Situated on the most beautiful part of Oak Island, Yaupon Beach. The home is located on a direct beach access, approx 100 yards from the ocean, on a quiet south side street that provides ample privacy away from the hustle and bustle.
The house is a 3 minute drive to grocery, ice cream, putt putt, and fresh fish markets, a 3 minute drive (15-20 minute beach walk) to the Oak Island pier, a 5 minute drive to Caswell Beach and Oak Island golf club and 15 minute drive to infamous Southport.
A little more than 30 minutes away, you can visit Wilmington, NC to the north and North Myrtle Beach, SC to the south.
Yaupon Beach offers the remote, peaceful setting that many yearn for, but without being too far from the city.

This is a perfect vacation rental for family gatherings, weddings or friends getting together for a wonderful coastal experience. Any organized groups, teams, or special events such as, but not limited to, a wedding, reception, rehearsal, retreat, tournament or party will include a $995 event fee and a $1750 refundable additional damage deposit.

Great property within short walk to beach. Large kitchen with 2 of everything (fridge/stoves/dishwasher) was perfect for our family gathering. Pool and large living rooms were fantastic. Elevator was added plus for moving luggage and groceries into house.

All of us - 9 adults and 7 kids under 5 - loved the cottage and the location. Oak Island had a small town feel; no large hotels or condos, lots of families with children. The beach was very wide and the ocean was just right with small waves and tide pools. The cottage was a short walk to the beach and so it was somewhat secluded. We didn’t worry about bothering anyone or being too loud. The interior is well appointed, with the hot tub, the elevator, the two refrigerators and especially the two dishwasher - everything just right. I can’t praise it enough.

We enjoyed a fabulous week of family fun! The pool was a huge plus due to the extreme hot days. The hosts were easily reachable and quickly responsive to any questions we had during the week. Plenty of room for both families and the location is perfect for accessing stores and restaurants!

It was my first time using VRBO and Lindsay, the owner, has set the bar high! She was very responsive to any questions we had! The house was exactly what we expected and made it so easy to enjoy our trip. It’s in a great location to the beach but also to stores, ice cream, etc! We would definitely stay here again and have already talked about it for next year!
