Ruby cottage is always our first choice when visiting the area. The cottage is amazing. The peaceful location and beautiful views of the river make every stay here memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the ozarks were beautiful, the area was quiet. We ate one in Melbourne & one in Mountain View (at JoJos). The food at JoJos was delicious & abundant....if you go, go hungry! . I love Antiques & there are numerous places to shop in Mountain View. The fire pit at the cabin can really only be used at night, climbing up the hill in the dark isn't a good idea. Bring chairs if you want to do the fire pit or sit down closer to the river. The charcoal grill is not easy to use as the grate doesn't have a way to lift it up. My husband improvised and did grill steaks one night. I would recommend getting a larger TV. We like to watch a movie at night but didn't here because the tv's are so small. In my opinion , over the fireplace would work for a larger TV. The home is beautifully decorated, everything was clean and there are plenty of supplies in the home. Thank you for letting us stay. Mike & Sarah

My husband wanted Mountains, I wanted water- side. We got both with this Cottage! Such an amazing property. The views did not disappoint. Communication with Jeff was immediate and he answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely be back!
