This beautiful 926 sq. ft. condo has a fully Equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including a side-by-side fridge with ice maker & water),
The Living Room is furnished with a sofa & chair, as well two additional chairs, a stunning fireplace and cherry hardwood throughout. There is also a double size "cabinet" bed in the living room for extra guests.
The Living Room walks out to your private patio overlooking Ha Ling, and east end of Rundle.
Master Bedroom with 3-piece en-suite, featuring queen size bed.

This is a pet friendly unit please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. We also do charge a pet fee per pet for the stay.
Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available. The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 6'6" .
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
This property does not have Air Conditioning. Please understand that summer can be warm and the property can get hot. Fans are supplied to help keep things cool. However we are limited in what we can do as there is no AC with this building. If having AC is important to you please inquire with us for other alternative properties that have AC.

Perfect location in downtown Canmore. Very nice property. No AC but did use fans. Nice to have washer/dryer available in condo.
We had one night where the people upstairs were loud/ disruptive waking us up during the night. On Saturday night there was a group of young people obviously partying in the common area in front of the condos, which was very loud waking us up.
The blinds in one bedroom need to be replaced as they are in poor condition.
Communication with the host was a problem via messenger, email and phone. I finally had to call VRBO to speak with the host about a bathroom issue.

Great property! Right in the center of Canmore. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Banff. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I loved sitting on the balcony and staring at the mountains everyday.

We had a great stay at the condo. It was clean, comfortable, had a great view and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the river. The parking garage was a definite bonus! Excellent communication with the host who provided clear check-in instructions. I highly recommend.
