There is a formal dinning room open concept kitchen and living room. The living room has two sides one to kick back and relax other side has the TV. You can access the pool of the living area. Laundry/Utility room is close to the kitchen. Everything in the house is new, home was updated from bottom to top with top quality materials and details.

Cannot say enough good things about this rental! Looked exactly like the photos in person. Great communication with the host, and clean wonderful place to say with my family! The kids loved the pool and we loved the layout of the house! Perfect for beach days and dinners on the grill!Thank you! We look forward to our next stay!

Our family including grandparents and teenagers thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and clean as described in the listing. We loved the heated pool with ample seating for everyone and the large dining room table where we enjoyed dinners and games nightly. The ample beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and small coolers was a plus!
