Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite counters, seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, and an additional dining table.
Laundry: Washer and dryer included.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115.
You may purchase parking passes for 2 vehicles only. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to park off-site (details below).

Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.
Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them for onsite parking issues.
Offsite Parking Options
If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley's Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. For questions about city lots, contact Public Works.

I love the location of the Shores, being centered to both Front Beach & Thomas Dr. The listing looks mostly like the pictures, just the balcony seating being very worn. One difference was the blue couch states “sleeper sofa, pull-out sleeper” and it is just a futon that folds down that would only fit maybe 1 person, so I’d just be aware of that. The elevators are the absolute worst here since it is such a popular resort (not the owners fault!!!) so prepare to wait for those a lot. Enjoyed the stay and would probably book again if needed.

The property and condo were very nice. We did have issues when the city closed the beach for the weekend at night. That was understandable with issues that occurred. The problem came when the beach was reopened and the security at the resort refused to allow us access to the beach. The security was very rude throughout the property. Will not be staying
