Villa Il Tulipano Verde is a beautiful holiday home in Puglia, in the countryside between Putignano and Noci, a few kilometers away from Monopoli. The two-floor villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Pets are allowed.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, internet, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets, electric oven, electric kettle, epresso and cappuccino machine. Parking in the garden.

elegant style. It is bright and cozy, surrounded by a lush garden with
umbrella and outdoor sofas and porch with outdoor dining area.

villa opens into a living room with the stairs leading to the upper
floor. In the air-conditioned living area there is a large dining area
and and adjacent well-equipped kitchen.
A corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area on the ground floor, which consists of 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
On the upper floor there is 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and tv.

Apulian holiday home is in the countryside between Putignano and Noci,
towns with worth-visiting old town centres and many services. The
closest beaches are in Monopoli, 20 kilometers away.
The holiday
home is also close to the Itria Valley, with its beautiful trulli, old
town centres, vineyards and olive trees and a worth-discovering wine and
food tradition.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The Villa is close to the railway track.
