We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our 23 day stay!!! We were in Brownsville for my internship with our pup & hoped for a yard with a full kitchen as we wanted to make it our 3 week home. It was beyond perfect!

This is a fabulous house and the communication with the host was exceptional. The property has 2 units and we were told when other guests would be arriving. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. This unit has an upstairs balcony which was great for morning coffee and gave our dogs another spot to enjoy the outdoors without interfering with any other guests. The bedroom is located on the first floor and the living/kitchen area is on the second floor. We appreciated the fact that there are no rugs or carpet so it made it easy to keep clean with our dogs. The house is very spacious, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.

constant contact with manager during the incoming hurricane was very relaxing.
Will recommend to EVERYONE and definitely will stay here again if we’re ever in this area again!

Arriving to the rental and ease to entering the unit was extremely easy. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and safe. All the amenities provided are very nice and up to date. The entire rental was impressively very clean, from the floors, linens, walls, fans, etc. The only thing the kitchen lacked was a dishwasher. The two queen beds provided were on different spectrums. One was very hard, and my kids did not want to sleep on it and opted for the sofa bed. The sofa bed worked great, but if we had anyone sleeping on that one bed, not sure how that would have turned out. The other bed was great.The backyard was spacious, nicely manicured, and speckled with great seating options. Waking up to bird calls in the morning reminded me of when I used to live in Brownsville which I found quite enjoyable. In being able to see birds flying around, catching a view of the resaca from the balcony and just hearing the wind rustling through the neighboring palm trees was an unexpected bonus for this location. The only item, I hope the host considers is lowering the fees. I found them to be quite high. Overall this rental was definitely a nice place to come to.
