Set right beside the staithe at Stalham and boasting lovely views across the water as well as its own mooring with rowing dinghy, this spacious and attractive property is ideal for enjoying Broadland’s beautiful waterways. And fishing (free of charge) from the waterside garden or dinghy adds to its charms. Sea Palling’s sandy beaches (4 miles), Great Yarmouth and Cromer for family fun, Bewilderwood’s treetop delights, boat trips from Wroxham and the fine city of Norwich are all within easy reach. Shops and pubs 0.5 miles.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES - There is a winter fuel supplement of £50 per week October to May payable to the owner on arrival.If you would like to charge your electric car there will be a fee for this, please discuss this with the owner and is payable directly to them.

Lovely accommodation in a lovely location, owners very friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd time here and would definitely go back. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the Norfolk Broads.

Cottage itself is perfect no complaints at all we used it as a base to fish the broads so went out every day. The garden however was more like a working builders yard and as such wouldn’t have been good if you have young children. For us however was no issue

This is a lovely place owners very accommodating nothing too much trouble. Fishing was good and overall had a great week, will be returning next year

The only concern would be the pressure in the shower was very poor and showering took a while.
