Fantastic property in a beautiful location situated right on the river next to the steam train line. The Mill is extremely well maintained and clean and has everything you could want in the way of furnishings. From the fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, to the spacious open plan living area with plenty of comfortable sofas and huge number of games, jigsaws and books to keep you entertained while relaxing at the property. Overall a lovely warm and cosy stay in one of the country’s most beautiful areas and a great base to see the moors and North Yorkshire coast. Will definitely go back and will recommend to family and friends.

This is a great holiday home in a wonderful location. The place was really clean and the welcome basket was such a nice touch and really appreciated. It’s always warm and the fire is nice to use at night time. The kids loved watching the trains go by from the windows, and the fact that the station is on the doorstep means it’s really quick and easy to see them properly. There’s loads of great walking in the area and if you want to jump in the car it’s not too far from the coast. It rained quite a bit when we were there but there’s a good selection of board games at your disposal. Great British holiday Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
