after check out i forgot my camera bag with over $4000 worth of accesories and cameras, cleaning ladies promptly call the owner, owner contact me right away, very pleased and happy with everything cant wait to go back!!!

First let me say that this property was amazing to stay at the host manager was excellent to communicate with property centrally located great security and wonderful views in addition the pools and grounds well kept i highly recommend this property cant say enough positive things

It wasn't quite "Brand New" but it was very new and very well decorated. The view was strikingly beautiful if you kept your eyes focused on the ocean. There is a very busy Costco directly below that stole a little bit from the view but it was still a very nice view.
Once we connected to the host via Whatsapp, we had a much easier time getting a hold of him. The air conditioner in the Master Bedroom didn't work. I reported the problem with the host but received no response on that particular complaint but he was responsive on everything else. We fortunately picked a week that was colder than normal so it didn't end up being an issue with us.
It's a good property overall. We felt very safe there with it being a gated property. I would stay there again if I ever return to Cabo San Lucas.
