Beautiful spacious house, less then 10 minutes drive to the beach. located in North MB, only minutes from all main attractions! *Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *House sleeps up to 10 guests.
* PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
*5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Very spacious house. *3 king, 1 queen, 1 full bunk beds.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The house is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
*Motorcycles are allowed

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

The house was clean and comfortable. Good location. The fenced backyard was nice. Very spacious for large group. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond.

The house was beautiful, large, plenty of room & sleeping space. Nice backyard with a sitting area. Bugs & spiders were found on main floor of home. Most of them were found dead. I guess bcuz the home had been sprayed for critters. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything. We would definitely recommend your home for anyone wanting a vacation in a lovely home.
