BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a close walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. The property was clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC worked great, even on 90 degree days.

Loved the vibes of this home. The Name “Good Vibes” really captures how you feel while staying at this property. They had everything at the house that you would need for a comfortable stay. House was clean and kept up to date. Will come back again and use Beachball when I do.

I'm sorry but not sorry for such a bad experience but that's what it was. I am not new to this, for the past 10 years I have us Airbnb, VRBO or Itrip within this time and I have left great comments not one bad until now...
I am giving this home 1 star due to the following.
The home was Dirty, so I have OCD so I'm going to clean regardless but this home was out of control.
The furniture was old and filthy, the living room rug looks like it was a cheap 10 year old rug that sat outside on someone porch and they parked cars over it... and I brought my grandchild with us, I could not let her lounge on that thing and get a ringworm. Then you go outside to the porch to relax and the lawn cushions needed to be cleaned or replaced cause I had to lay a blanket down over it to sit on it... I got ready to cook and when I tell you not one good pot, well let me correct that NOT A POT!! so now my husband and I was at the Walmart purchasing pots and pans. the toilets' weren't working I had to call for help on that, then I didn't want to call again and bother folks so now I'm plunging... the kitchen sink had mildew running down in the sink from where they didn't clean it good so as soon as water hit the crack where the sink touches the counter it was just globs of it falling off.. boy I tell you I NEVER stayed in a place so unkept.. I reached for the vacuum cause they had two and it was so full of dirt until when I turned it on (to be honest I wasn't looking for that) but when the dirt started falling out of it hitting the floor I said. (I know you lying). They didn't have the decency to empty the filth out of the floor vac. so now I'm sweeping. Okay the last straw for me was when we got ready to take a shower and it had other folks hair all on the wall and floor... and mildew at the bottom of the glass shower screen...
my kids and I had to walk to the next set of rentals and risk a chance of getting told to get out of there pool cause why you ask... the community pool for our property wasn't working the filter was out and the water was stale and unclean... I called on it and well nothing happened... (so quick question? what is the most fun thing to do as a child on vacation... let me answer that! SWIM so imagine how I felt to see that wasn't even working properly.
So needless to say, by the second day of our stay I was ready to go home.. this was the worse trip I have ever taking in my life I will never stay with beachball properties again and I hope my review save someone else their trouble and money because I was jacked. The highlight of my trip this year was turning my keys to open the doors to my clean home.
Beachball I'm sorry but you guys dropped this ball.
My true overall rating would be an -5
...and paint your doors entering the unit and the outdoor porch door they look like they having been clean in over 20 years... a mess.

The house was clean and exactly how it was described to us. There were plenty of towel and linens for us to use during our stay.
The kitchen could definitely be more stocked. There weren't even enough utensils for us to eat dinner with.
