The downstairs apt is perfect for extended family, folks with mobility limitations, or just extra space. To add the apartment to your booking, it is $100/night extra in the summer months and $75-95 extra in the shoulder/off-season. There is also an additional $75 cleaning fee.

The home was stocked with soap, toilet paper, and other amenities. The kitchen was well organized. The home had a pantry with a good amount of space. All the bedrooms had drawers and closet space. The home was clean and comfortable. One of the best homes I have stayed in.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! It was clean and had everything we needed for our beach trip. The front deck and backyard were our favorite morning and evening hangout spots after a Long Beach day. The only thing that needs to be updated is the grill. It was very dirty and the flames would not work because the burners were encrusted with grime. Probably could be fixed with some hardcore cleaning but other than that it was a great vacation!

Perfect house for our little family and two dogs. The home was clean and stocked. The upper deck felt safe for our 18 month grandson which had locks on the gates which we appreciated. The outdoor spaces are great and definitely relaxing. Thank you for providing a clean and relaxing atmosphere even for shorter stays.
