Ivy Bush Cottage is 5 minutes away from the idyllic Llys-y-Frân Country Park and Reservoir, set within mature woodlands and meadows with plenty for everyone to do including mountain biking, fishing and sailing, and also has a children’s play area. Why not relax in the café with a nice cold drink after a busy day sightseeing, taking in the stunning views over the reservoir towards the Preseli Hills, whilst keeping lookout for plentiful wildlife? For keen walkers the Preseli Hills are also a mere 5 minutes away and offer sublime scenery from Foel Cwmcerwyn, Pembrokeshire’s highest peak with views out over Newport Beach in the north and towards the southern coastline of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
Ivy Bush Cottage has been finished to a very good standard with an elegant open plan kitchen/dining room with granite worktops, high gloss cupboards and a focal island, giving this contemporary kitchen the ’wow’ factor. Bi-folding doors open onto the large south-facing patio with a barbecue, which is the perfect place for al fresco dining, making the most of those balmy summer days and evenings.
